Cancellation Policy

All trainings require a non-refundable retainer fee upon registration ranging from $200-$500 depending on the training chosen. An invoice for your retainer fee will be sent to the email address on file used to register. Retainer fee must be paid within 24 hours of registration or reserved spot will be removed. Once retainer fee is paid, an email with additional information and an itinerary for your chosen class date will be sent to the email on file. The remaining balance will be due up to 2 days before the start of class. In the case where you need to cancel your training, trainer must be notified at least 7 days prior to the course date. Failure to notify trainer will result in a $200 late cancellation fee charged to the card held on file. For any questions, please email info@thebeautymomentum.com
