Lash Products (Outside Brands):
All lash product sales are final - As I am a reseller for lash companies, we cannot refund money for your product purchased.
Should a product have manufacturing error, please email firstname.lastname@example.org including the issue with the product and pictures. We will then work directly with the manufacturer to have a replacement sent to you at no extra cost.
Lash Products (The Beauty MOmentum) & Merchandise:
You may return most new, unopened lash products within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If it is not our error, customer will need to pay for the return shipping cost.
NO REFUNDS ON OPENED PRODUCTS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

If your order is missing an item you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your package. Customers waiting beyond this time frame will not qualify for reimbursement or exchange.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
