When do tickets go on sale?
Ticket sales start January 1, 2024.
There will be Early Bird ticket pricing from January 1 - January 30, 2024.

We have a list of our speakers a little above this FAQ section.
We have invited business coaches, marketers, business operators, salon owners, and leading lash artists to come to talk about business, marketing, and how to excel in the lash world.
This masterclass features business experts outside the lash industry who could help you with your business.
This masterclass is to help you where your business needs it most to push your business forward in all aspects.
What will be taught during this masterclass?
We will touch on each part of building a business that can withstand the test of time.
Our speakers will talk setting and achieving goals, how to become booked and busy, how to navigate social media, how to manage your finances, starting a product line, building a brand, and more!
If I can't make it, can I return my ticket and get a refund?
Yes. We understand life happens and we want to be able to accommodate our attendees as best as we can.
You are eligible for a full refund within 72 hours of your ticket purchase.
After 72 hours of your purchase, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.
If you return your ticket after February 9th, you will be eligible for a 25% refund.
If you return your ticket after March 2nd, you will not be eligible for any refund.
Are there Payment Plan options?
Yes, there is. When you go to pay for your ticket look for the Partial.ly payment button, you can choose to pay 20% now and make three payments over four months.
This payment plan option will end in February and then we'll set up a 2-month payment plan.
What is the schedule?
The masterclass will start at 10:00am and will conclude at 5:00pm.
The speaker lineup schedule will be posted on our website January 2024.
Can I attend this masterclass virtually?
At this time, we are only selling in person tickets.
If you are traveling from out of town, we are working with the hotel host to offer a special deal for our masterclass attendees.
Can I listen to this masterclass later?
Yes, this masterclass will be recorded for future watching options.
All the presentations will be available for our VIP and General Admission ticket holders.
VIP will have access for 30 days after the masterclass and General Admission will have access for 10 days after the masterclass.
It will takes us 5 days to get the videos up online after the masterclass is over.
Note: Due to contract restrictions some speakers may not be available.
Is there a deadline to purchase tickets?
Yes. Ticket sales will end on March 23, 2024.
This will ensure that each attendee is able to have everything that this masterclass will include.
Will there be a lunch break?
Yes! Lunch will be provided for all attendees of the masterclass. Snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the day too.
There will also be a happy hour dinner provided for our VIP ticket holders.
Do I need to be a licensed beauty professional or certified in lashes to attend?
No, you do not.
Business owners, managers, lash or anyone working in the industry can come.
This is a masterclass, so we will not have any lash training sessions.
The knowledge that will be shared can be used in any business model.
